Packard Children’s Hospital faces a severe shortage of beds as more families seek out our expert care. Last year alone, more than 300 children were referred to other facilities, simply because we lacked a bed for them on site. A major expansion is required to provide any local child with expert care.

Packard and Stanford also are vital to training the next generation of leaders in pediatric medicine. The Children’s Hospital and School of Medicine have assembled one of the best teams of pediatric specialists in the world. Their ongoing efforts are paving the way for a brighter future for children and families.
