At this clinic, health exams and immunizations for generally healthy individuals ages 12-18 are provided during regular clinic hours (Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 12 noon and 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm.) All patients must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver. Please bring immunization records to the appointment.
