| Description: |
In this overview class, school-age kids and their parents will learn how to develop healthy eating and exercise habits. The class covers basic nutrition and strategies for increasing energy and fitness with activities the whole family can enjoy. Parents need to attend with their child, and will learn how to be healthy role models. This class is for children between 8 and 15 years old and their parents.
Preregistration required.
Class offered on the 3rd Tuesday of every month (except for December) from 4-6 pm.
