| Description: |
Kids in Dynamic Shape (KP KIDS™) is designed to provide your family with knowledge and skills to live a healthy lifestyle. KP KIDS is family oriented and fun – each session includes on-site physical activity, games and prizes! For families with children ages 5-12. Parents/caregivers attend and learn together with kids. Preregistration required.
In this program, you will learn:
- How to choose, shop for, and prepare nutritious, healthy meals.
- Games and physical activities for the whole family to enjoy and become physically fit.
- Skills to change behavior and motivate your child to get a healthy and in dynamic shape.

Six 1.5 hour sessions
March 9 - April 20 (Tuesdays)
