| Description: |
This 2.5-hour course teaches children, ages 11-13, to be more aware of potential dangers they could face when home alone, as well as teaching responsibility for personal safety and well being. Topics include: keeping your house key safe, door safety, dealing with fires & gas leaks, phone & internet safety, how to get help, and other safety related topics. Parents are invited to attend the last 30 minutes of class for the family communication lesson.
