Description:

Karen Maezen Miller is the author of Momma Zen: Walking the Crooked Path of Motherhood. A Zen Buddhist priest, wife and mother, Ms. Miller will show parents how simple Zen insights resolve everyday parenting dilemmas, conflicts and fears. Whether reading or listening to her gentle teaching in person, parents find their tensions relieved as they discover the source of greater trust in themselves, in their children and in life itself.
Supervised activities for children over three years old will be provided while parents attend presentation. Presentation will last approximately one hour.
Registration not required.
