Bring your baby and come join other moms & babies as we stretch, relax and rejuvenate! Celebrate and commiserate! Share your ideas and resources. Please have a light snack about an hour before class and bring a bottle of water. Bring a blanket for your baby and wear loose, comfortable clothes. No prior yoga experience necessary.
In general, care providers suggest you wait at least six weeks postpartum before beginning an exercise class. Please check with your midwife/physician before participating in Mother-Baby Yoga.

Morning Prenatal Yoga: Mondays, 10:00 - 11:15am and Saturdays, 9:00 - 10:30am
Evening Prenatal Yoga: Tuesdays, 5:30-6:45pm and Thursdays, 6:30 - 8:00pm
Mother-Baby Yoga: Wednesdays, 9:45 -11:00am, Fridays 10:00am - 11:15pm
