    California Children’s Hospital Association

    For over 20 years, the California Children’s Hospital Association (CCHA) has been advancing the needs of the State’s children’s hospitals through public and legislative advocacy. The Association works with state and national leaders in government and private industry to address issues impacting the hospitals’ ability to provide the best care possible to the children of California, especially those with special and complex medical conditions.

    The eight private, not-for-profit regional Children’s Hospitals are regular members of the Association and the chief executive of each of these hospitals is a member of the Association’s Board of Directors. The five University of California Children’s Hospitals and the Children’s Center at Sutter Sacramento are associate members of the Association.

    Children’s Specialty Care Coalition

    The Coalition represents more than 1,000 pediatric specialists throughout the state. This organization is particularly interested in educating the public and policymakers about the importance of high-quality specialty care for children with special health needs.

    The Coalition’s goal is to ensure every child has access to the life-saving and life-enhancing health care they need and deserve. The Coalition advocates for new models and legislation concerning the financing of pediatric care. The Coalition seeks to raise awareness and improve access for children to specialty and subspecialty care and strengthen the California Children’s Services (CCS) Program.

    Family Resource Centers Network of California

    The Family Resource Centers Network of California (FRCNCA) is a coalition of California’s 47 Family Resource Centers. The 47 Early Start Family Resource Centers are funded through the Individual with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA)—Infants and Toddlers Part C. Members are represented on the statewide network through Regional Representatives.
