Donors to the Lucile Packard Children's Fund help the Hospital meet its most pressing needs each year to areas that are not covered by insurance. Contributions are allocated to three programs.

Family and Community Services
Patient and family support services, such as recreation therapy and interpreter services, as well as health vans and other community outreach programs, are essential to Packard's comprehensive approach to care.

Pediatric Research
Start-up funds for investigations that will help lead to new treatments for childhood diseases.

Care for All
Packard is committed to treating any child from the community who needs its services, including children without health insurance.

Double Your Impact!

This spring, the Westly Foundation has offered a $50,000 challenge grant to match gifts from new donors who began supporting Packard Children's in 2007. If you made your first gift last year and renew your support for a second year this spring, your gift to the Children's Fund will be matched, dollar for dollar, doubling your support of Hospital programs and your impact on our young patients.
