Hospital Facts:

• A renowned team of surgeons, cardiologists, and researchers at Packard treat children from all over the world who have serious heart defects.
  
  
• Packard has established the first CT/MRI imaging center in Northern California devoted exclusively to children. Packard’s pediatric kidney and liver transplant programs boast survival rates of more than 90 percent -- the best in the world.
  
  
• Packard offers an on-site school, child life and recreational center, and family-centered care to make a child feel as at home as possible while in the Hospital.
  
  
• In partnership with the Stanford University School of Medicine, Packard Hospital provides one of the top five pediatric residency programs in the nation.
  
  
• Last year, the Hospital provided $40 million of uncompensated care to ensure that any family in the community can receive quality medical services.
