$1.325 million over five years
This "demonstration project" will restore full-time school nursing
programs in four schools located in neighborhoods where many children
lack access to regular health care services.
Stanford University School of Medicine1
$50,000 over one year
This grant to Packard Hospital's Center for Healthy Weight will focus
on helping local schools and community organizations develop, maintain,
and evaluate child obesity prevention programs.
