Purpose

To identify the most serious needs of California’s children with special health care needs through the production and analysis of a survey distributed to legal experts in the field. Based on the results of the survey, a one-day convening of stakeholders will take place to identify best practices and strategies. This will result in the production of a report that offers findings and key recommendations to be presented to policymakers.
