Self-Management Support Needs and Experience of Families with CSHCN

To quantify the caregiving burden experienced by families of children with chronic and complex health problems, identify the gaps between the supports that families need and those that they are receiving, and assess the capacity of health care providers to increase the supports they could provide to families.
