Telehealth and Children of Color with Special Health Care Needs: Lessons from the Pandemic
This report describes the lived experience of families of color who have children with special health care needs in navigating telehealth during the pandemic. Authors conducted community listening sessions, surveys, and conversations with 85 families across California to inform their analysis. The report provides key learnings and family-centered recommendations to make California’s health care system and the use of telehealth more equitable.
